Located near the Route 95 and Route 90 interchange, The Needham location is a three-story, purpose-built, premier data center facility with 30 MW of power and 164,000 sq. ft. of raised floor space. Originally built by a telecom company in 2000, this facility has 13 MW of critical IT load that serves a total of 18 customers who are primarily internet based, financial services, and healthcare related companies
- 5 cooling plants, fully dedicated to the individual data centers with each consisting of 2 chillers & supporting pumps configured as 2N
- Integrated air side economization provides best in class energy efficiency and cost savings
- Six (6) 900 ton water-cooled chillers configured as N+1
- Double interlock pre-action sprinkler system
- Fifteen (15) 2 MW generators
- (5) Turn-Key Flex data centers each served by 625 kVA UPS systems configured as 2N
- 10.5 MW of critical capacity via two separate utility feeds with 2N redundancy

- Multiple diesel generators with independent fuel tanks providing no less than N+1 redundancy

- Dual authentication access with biometric and Card Key access controls to the datacenter
